Logs for hotels, gyms, and spas

A hotel pool chemical log is a daily record the property can show when someone asks for the file. Gyms and apartments have the same need: one venue, one set of rows. A spa beside the pool gets its own rows. Poolsheet is that log, and it is not invoicing software for a service route.

Hotels

A hotel uses a pool log to keep one place for chemical checks, notes, and follow up items. If a guest, manager, or inspector asks for the record, the team can open the log and show the day by day trail. See features and pool log sheet.

Gyms and apartments

A gym pool or apartment pool works the same way. The site needs a simple log that fits the pool on that property, with clear rows for each visit and a clean handoff between staff. Start at the home page or read the guides.

A spa next to the pool

Do I log the spa separately? Yes. A spa can have its own water and its own record, even when it sits beside the pool. That keeps the notes easy to read and avoids mixing two different bodies of water in one file. You can also join the waitlist.

Service companies

Is this route software? No. Poolsheet is for chemical logs and site records, not invoicing or dispatch for a service route. It helps a team keep the log for each property in one place, without turning the app into route management.

Follow your local health department code. Poolsheet is not a health authority, not a pool operator license, and nothing here means the water is safe. The CDC Model Aquatic Health Code is voluntary guidance, not your local rule.
